Training Block Notes

Block Notes Digital is the e-learning project by L’Agenzia di Viaggi Magazine. It’s a 3-6 weeks training program for travel agencies, tailor-made on needs of our costumers. Participating travel agents can become “Experts” of a destination or a product and obtain the relevant certificate.

REGISTRATION FORM. To enroll in the program and then access the final quiz travel agencies must fill a form online. The logo of the sponsor and any co-sponsors is clearly visible here.

PROMOTION. The program is advertised through all channels of L’Agenzia di Viaggi Magazine network: skins on the homepage, banners in the newsletter, sponsored posts on Facebook for each chapter.

FINAL QUIZ. Travel agents enrolled in the program receive a preview link to access the quiz on the set date and time. There are 15 closed-ended questions.

CERTIFICATE AND TRAVEL AWARD. Travel agents who have answered all questions correctly will receive “Expert” certificate of the destination or product. The fastest will be rewarded with a fam trip to the destination of the course, promoted by the institution or company.
